The ancient practice of infant massage enables parents to experience a deep connection with their baby through nurturing touch.
It incredibly empowering for parents to understand and respond to their children's non verbal communication and for children to begin their life journey feeling safe and held.
My classes run for 5 weeks for approximately 1.5hrs.
This time includes space to practice relaxation. The teaching of infant massage strokes, including massage to help with colic, wind, constipation and teething. Gentle movements for babies drawing on principles of yoga, and the opportunity to meet and chat with other parents.
Massage oil, handouts to practice at home and refreshments are included.
A 5 week course costs £50.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a soft snuggly towel for your baby.
